About Us
INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED STUDIES (IAS) was formed with the noble aim of promoting education for the aspiring youth of our country. The institute was formed in the year 2000 as a study centre of IICSM. Today IAS is the Authorised Study Centre of IDE, University of Madras and also affiliated to Vinayaka Mission's University for various degree, diploma and certificate courses in different streams. It offers more than 100 various curriculums in different aspects
MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
- to develop IAS as a premier institute in order to promote quality education and research to produce high quality professionals to contribute to the progress and development of both society and country.
- almost every individual entertains a fond desire for having some form of education whether with in or outside the established system. In recognition of this,IAS has placed great emphasis on introducing and innovating activities and programs of teaching in various fields of education.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY
- Direct personal contact between faculty and students.
- Small tutorial batches for individual attention to students for problem solving.
- Stress laid on Seminars, Presentation & Practical Work so as to improve technical, practical and communication skills of students.
- Emphasis laid on teamwork. Students are given group projects and Assignments to develop team skills.
